If you downloaded a program from a page we host for your company, or from a page your
email message links you to, it is on the page you downloaded the software from.
If you downloaded a program from your company's Web site, or a CD by your company, check
the Web page you originally downloaded the software from, or in the instructions provided
by your company. If you still can't find it, please call your company's marketing support area.
New editions can be easily added from within the program with no manual downloading or
installing:
From the Preferences icon you will bring up a dialogue box that
allows you to remove editions you no longer need, customize the way your software looks,
or change your internet connection settings. At the bottom of the box there is a selection
to Download New Editions.

From the next screen, check the box next to the edition you would like, enter the
password, and click Download Now. The edition will automatically appear in your list of
editions!

The password is sent to Full Disclosure subscribers via email when each edition is ready.
If you need a password for an edition you would like, please call our office at (877)
864-3833 or order online. Click Editions at the top of this page for a schedule of Full

Program "Hangs Up"

ERROR
TROUBLESHOOTER
With eight Windows operating systems out there, you know they're going to happen to
someone. Most errors are fixed by using Solution 1 below.
"Failed to Create an
Empty Document"
Caused when Windows is installed from a "mirror" drive or when a "Windows
Update" does not update Windows .net to a newer version.
Make sure you have the latest Windows and Office Service Packs installed Click the Start
button on your desktop, select Windows Updates, and follow Microsoft's instructions.
Then, go to Windows Update on your PC select Custom, and then Update .net.
You need to upgrade to .net version 1.1 or higher that includes a Microsoft
"hotfix"
.
Open Full Disclosure.
Nothing appears in the main comparison window:
Full Disclosure reports are created within a "browser" window like the one you
browse the internet with. It requires certain files to be on your machine that come with
Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 4.0 or higher. You don't have to use IE if you use
something else like Netscape, they just have to be installed. If you are running Windows
98 or higher, you don't have to worry they are already there. If you don't you can
download and install the latest edition of Internet Explorer
here (again you don't actually have to use it).
Certain areas of Full Disclosure contain no data, or the Export function does not
work.
You do not have the necessary permissions on your computer to install software. Full
Disclosure installs certain files it needs to operate in the Windows folder and other
areas. Enable permissions or have your IT staff do it for you and reinstall Full
Disclosure.

Printing
You can adjust how much data fits on a comparison or printed page, and how it looks,
by selecting Reports/Setup from the top menu.

Or, after you click Print, you can change the print layout from Portrait to Landscape by
selecting Properties in your printer's dialogue box.
Still need more flexibility? Click the Export to Excel
icon and youll have illustration data to customize your report, perform sorts,
graphing and other Excel capabilities.
