Selecting
Policies and Making Comparisons
Choose a product edition from the left hand window. Double click
the edition title to view the available policies. If you select the checkbox all policies
will be selected. To add or subtract companies any time click or unclick the policy name.

Pick your policies. Select a Product Specifications, Illustrations, or Policy
Histories icon. These are the basic areas of product information. Histories are historical
policy values or subaccount performance.

Choose items (Illustrations, Subaccounts, Specs, etc.) from the data selection window at
the top.

Female Illustrations (UL, VUL only), Retirement Income Streams (UL, VUL only), or
QuickShot summary tables can be accessed via their own icons.

To refine your illustration or other report, select the Details Icon on the far right. In
this example, if you only wanted Minimum Premiums to Carry you would deselect everything
else. The icon will appear when you have further options!.

If you are looking at Specifications you could group items (Expenses for example) of
numerous policies together for easy comparison.

Exporting to Excel
Editions have the ability to export much of the numeric data to Excel. Go to Tools and
select Export to Excel. The program will automatically open your Excel program. You can
sort and graph values, select key data for your own research reports, and add colors
fonts, etc. This function does not allow exporting of only certain companies, face amounts
etc., but undesired information can be deleted easily once in Excel.
If you would like the Specifications data, simply select File/Save As and save to your
hard drive. You can then open the htm formatted file in MS Word or any other word
processor.

Definitions
There is allot of data in Full Disclosure but this doesn't mean you have to be an
actuary! To find out what our terms mean - and why we include them - see our Glossary of terms.

Printing

selecting Properties.
Still need more
flexibility? Select Tools/Export to Excel and youll have the data to customize your
report any way you want!

Customizing
Your Software
From the Preferences icon you can change the size of the icons or add descriptive
text to them. You can also change the way the policy menu trees collapse. You can also go
to the Reports/Setup menu option to change the font sizes of the comparison and the color
(See Printing above).

Adding
New Editions (VUL, SUL, etc..) to Your Software
You can add new editions right from the software without manually
downloading and installing each one.
From the Preferences icon you will bring up a dialogue box that allows you to remove
editions you no longer need, customize the way your software looks, or change your
internet connection settings. At the bottom of the box there is a selection to Download
New Editions.

From the next screen, check the box next to the edition you would like, enter the
password, and click Download Now. The edition will automatically appear in your list of
editions!

The password is sent to Full Disclosure subscribers via email when each edition is ready.
If you need a password for an edition you would like, please call our office at (877)
864-3833 or order online. Click Editions at the top of this page for a schedule of Full
Disclosure releases.

Updating
Your Software Program
Once you have the software you will no longer need to download the program with
each edition (unless your company intranet has a firewall; you can get the editions from
the program; see above). However, we will be making improvements to the underlying program
you may wish to take advantage of. To make sure you have the latest Full Disclosure
operating system, from the menu select Tools/Software Updates and follow the instructions
- the process is automatic and easy.
